The processing purposes of your personal data are to carry out information security processes, execute access authorizations, conduct activities in compliance with legislation, execute internal audit / disciplinary activities, carry out retention and archiving activities, ensure the security of data controller operations, and provide information to authorized persons, institutions, and organizations.

Your Rights Regarding the Protection of Personal Data

Pursuant to Article 11 of the Law, you have the following rights concerning your personal data:

To request information if your personal data have been processed,

To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,

To know the third parties, both domestic and abroad, to whom your personal data is transferred,

To request the rectification of your personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed,

To request the erasure or destruction of your personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the Law,

To request that the procedures carried out pursuant to sub-paragraphs (d) and (e) be notified to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,

To object to the occurrence of an outcome against the person himself/herself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automatic systems,

To request compensation for damages in case of suffering damage due to the unlawful processing of personal data.

You must submit your applications and requests regarding your rights under the Law in writing by filling out the application form available on the Company's website. You can submit your application to us using one of the following channels:

You may apply in person to our Company at the address Cihannüma Mh. Faruk Canıtez Sk. No:8 Beşiktaş/İstanbul with the application form and documents confirming your identity, and/or

You may submit the application form to our Company via a Notary Public, and/or

You may send your application form, signed with your secure electronic or mobile signature, to our Company’s e-mail address: info@aktulkagit.com.tr, and/or

You may send your application form to our KEP address aktulkagit@hs01.kep.tr, via the e-mail address you have previously notified to our Company and which is registered in our systems, or

You may apply to us via other procedures specified in the Law and relevant legislation, provided that identity determination and verification processes are carried out.

In accordance with Article 13 of the Law, our Company will conclude your requests contained in the application you submit in the above manner free of charge as soon as possible, and no later than thirty days, depending on the nature of the request. If the process requires an additional cost, a fee may be charged in line with the conditions determined by the Personal Data Protection Authority (the Authority) and taking into account the current tariff determined by the Authority.
